Our RMT’s do not offer direct billing to extended health care or third party insurance plans such as ICBC or WCB.

Late Cancellation & No Show Policy
Please provide 24-hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a full charge on the credit card held on file. Thank you for your understanding and for valuing our commitment to your care.
Please be aware: Extended Health Care and Insurance providers will not reimburse for missed appointments or late cancellations.
Late Arrival Policy

Free Parking
Situated in Kitsilano, on Burrard & 6th, our office offers complimentary 2-hour underground parking for your convenience.
Simply park in the designated Visitor Parking area. "Visitor" forms can be obtained by the West 6th Avenue exit door, or you can leave a note on your dashboard indicating your visit to Aurora @ Suite #306.
Please note that underground parking is unavailable on Sundays and holidays.
